2nd annual Strongman contest
The second annual strongman contest sponsored by Real Fitness will be held on July 17th 2010 at the German Festival in Historic Cedar Creek Park.
We are currently inviting teams of three to register in this event. Each team will pull a 5-ton truck that is loaded with sand the distance of 100 feet.
Each team will be required to make three pulls and the Total times of each pull will be registered. There will also be a barrel lift where each person will be required to lift 5 different barrels onto a pick up truck. The fastest time wins. The team with the best time for the three pulls and barrel lift will become Real Fitness' Strongman champs for the year.
