(These classes are fee based and must be paid prior to attending. Package pricing is as low as $6.81 per class)

Class Descriptions (Key: WB=Water Bottle, M=Mat and T=Towel)

Basic Yoga Class

This class is for new students.
You will learn the fundamentals: basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and postural alignment principals. This gentle, nourishing practice begins with breath work, followed by physical poses "asanas" and ends with a restorative relaxation. WB&M (60 min.)

Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga

This class incorporates a flowing sequence of asanas (poses) coordinated with breath. The word vinyasa means "breath synchronized movement" or "to place in a special way". Class begins with Pranayama (breath control), Asanas, and ends with a generous Savasana (relaxation). You will leave class feeling relaxed yet, energized.
Appropriate for all levels. WB&M (75 min)

Vinyasa Yoga
(Mixed level Vinyasa Kundalini Fusion)

This class combines various techniques,( asanas, breath work, mantras) from vinyasa flow and Kundalini yoga. WB&M (75 min)

Zenergy

Try something new and challenging. Zenergy is a powerful combo of yoga, Pilates, flexibility and core strength with intervals of faster paced Power Yoga. WB,M & T (60 min)

Hatha Yoga

Engage in a practice that combines gentle hatha postures with the techniques of the Unifed Body Practice developed by Eric Knuth. Emphasis on the simple combination of breath and movement in the body . This practice will release core tension, promoting strength and balance. You will gain stability and release stress. WB&M (75 min)
